ELITE COATING DR-070

• High speed and high accuracy solution for Conformal Coating. The Elite selective conformal coating Robot DR-070 is the most flexible configure and easy to re-configure robot available for fast selective conformal coating jobs.

• The DR-070 Robot is equipped with a X and Y-axis and 2 Z-slide modules. On these Z-slides are one DD-5130 needle valve and one DD-5140 round spray narrow bean valve mounted. If rotation and tilt is required the Z-axis can be upgrade to Z-axis with rotation and tilt. The DR-070 has one free slot left to install an extra Z-slide module with or without rotation axis

HC COATING HC-200

• The complete solution for Potting or Dispensing of Dots or Lines, Glob Top and Underfill or Conformal Coating.

• Equipped with X, Y. Z and theta axis. 4 axis robot can handle up to 4 different tools, dispense valves, grippers etc.
