Osai A.S. founded in 1991 with the target of building special machineries for assembly and final testing of components for automotive, electrical appliances Industries and the electro-technical industry.
Osai produces also special machineries for assembly, standard machines for electronics and standard and special LASER machineries.
The knowledge of the technology and the processes, deriving from the cooperation with the worldwide LASER source main producers, enabled to realize over 500 applications for customers worldwide through a wide range of standard machines. The experience acquired in the industrial applications, particularly in fine cutting, welding and marking, allowed us to implement dedicated solutions for the industry.

The NeoCUT+: Used on rigid pcbs, based on the Osai innovating LASER Cut Technology (CO2), can perform clean and safe cutting without producing dust and mechanical stress on the electronic components. LASER repaneling is the best way to obtain rapid cutting (cutting times reduced by up to 70% compared with traditional methods) and flexible cutting (cutting of PCB junctions or complete PCBs with a thickness of up to 3 mm for the basic version).
The NeoCUT UV: The flexible circuit market is primarily driven by the demand for smaller and lighter products; those FPCBs requires tighter tolerances and smaller spacing to cut the board after component placement. NeoCut UV performs very high accurate cutting operations, without mechanical stresses on components. As well as supplying an exceptional solution in depaneling Kapton and flexible PCBs, the NeoCUT UV system is able to mark PCBs and plastic surfaces. Easy programming, also editable off-line, enables the Neo Cut UV to be used both for prototyping and mass production.
