Osai A.S. founded in 1991 with the target of building special machineries for assembly and final testing of components for automotive, electrical appliances Industries and the electro-technical industry.

Osai produces also special machineries for assembly, standard machines for electronics and standard and special LASER machineries.

The knowledge of the technology and the processes, deriving from the cooperation with the worldwide LASER source main producers, enabled to realize over 500 applications for customers worldwide through a wide range of standard machines. The experience acquired in the industrial applications, particularly in fine cutting, welding and marking, allowed us to implement dedicated solutions for the industry.

Osai A.S. presents the Neo platform, comprising flexible, fast and reliable systems, capable of supplying a highly competitive service on the market. System suitable for all subcontractors, capable of performing marking operations with YAG and CO2 sources simultaneously or can be equipped with Green source. Typical applications: data matrix, barcode, plastic trimming, scribing, cleaning.

The NeoMark Easy is the entry-level solution for production lines, able to guarantee high quality marking at reduced prices. Its programming, simple and easy of use in production, make it an easy and quick system to implement in any production cycle.

The next level of refinement is the NeoMark Twin is an excellent marking system for EMS (subcontractors) who have to carry out YAG and/or CO2 markings of middle/high lot production with only one machine. Can be equipped with Green laser.
